Head Waiters & Supervisors - $35 per hour - (6 hour minimum)

Daytime Events

Chefs - $35 per hour - (4 hour minimum)  
Executive Chefs - $45 per hour - (4 hour minimum)  
Head Waiters & Supervisors - $35 per hour - (4 hour minimum)  
Waiters - $30 per hour - (4 hour minimum)

Menu Pricing

Passed Hors d'Oeuvres Receptions - from $30 per person   
Buffet Menus - from $40 per person   
Formal Sit-Down Dinners - from $50 per person 

Rentals & Décor

All required rentals, floral and décor can also be supplied at an additional cost
